We do not always accept returns with a full refund, but we do sometimes. We do our best to work with the client based on the situational circumstances. If a full or partial refund is granted, it will be returned via the method the original payment was issued unless discussed otherwise.

We accept several forms of payment to include but not limited to: Cash, Card via Square, Cash App, and more. If a full or partial refund is granted, it will be returned via the method the original payment was issued unless discussed otherwise.

We do not currently offer payment plans but will in the near future.

We currently do not offer shipping to the public, but we will release that soon to the public. We ship for special orders only, and we replace any DOA with either a replacement animal(s) or a full refund. The package must be received and any DOA submitted within 2 hours of delivery time.

We guarantee that all livestock will be alive once the client recieve it; otherwise, we will replace it or refund it if the DOA meets within our standard policy.
