We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or incompatibility with your collection. Refunds are only offered in cases of DOA (with proof) or if the animal received is not as described.

• Accepted Payments: We accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards (through approved platforms). • Full Payment Required Before Transfer: Animals and products must be paid in full before they are released or shipped. • Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold an animal.

• Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available on purchases over $500. Terms are arranged on a case-by-case basis, and failure to complete payments will result in forfeiture of all funds paid. • Cancellations: Orders canceled by the buyer are non-refundable. If Bugs & Bleps cannot fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Overnight hub only Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee live, healthy arrival on all animals when shipped through our approved methods and picked up within the carrier’s first delivery attempt. Any issues must be reported with photos/video within 2 hours of delivery.
