All sales final and we have a zero-return policy unless agreed upon prior or after purchase. Bluestone Exotics, LLC does have a live arrival guarantee that applies only to the state of the animal(s) once it arrives at the destination. We strongly urge any new animals (from us or otherwise) go through a minimum 30-day period of quarantine in a new environment. We reserve the right to refuse guarantees due to poor husbandry and/or insufficient evidence. We strongly recommend documenting your animal’s condition with photos and keeping weight, feeding, and shed records. If there is *any* health concern, please notify us immediately. Live arrival guarantee only applies to the shipping period and is void once you take possession of the animal(s). This guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animal(s) are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will have the option to receive a similar animal (if available) for the cost of shipping or to receive a refund. Once inspected and accepted, the well-being of the animal(s) is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Bluestone Exotics, LLC will not be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer, or for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the animal(s).

Payment must be made in full and funds must clear before I ship. We accept Paypal, credit cards, checks, cashier checks, money orders, Zelle, or Cashapp.

Hatchlings will not ship until they have taken 8 - 10 meals without problems and are at minimum 8 - 10g. No babies are offered for sale until they are regularly taking consecutive unscented frozen thawed pinkies. Live arrival guaranteed. Proof of DOA must be provided immediately upon receipt. Depending on customer preference, will refund or provide a similar animal (if available) as replacement. Our live delivery guarantee is voided if the buyer provides incorrect shipping information, is not present to receive the package, or does not pick up the animal from a shipping hub same-day if pre-arranged to be held there. The live arrival guarantee expires once the animal is in your possession. In the unlikely event of a DOA, the buyer must notify me with a short video taken within two hours of receiving the package and must be time stamped. I ship to (most) of the continental U.S. Mon - Wed via FedEx overnight express to the nearest shipping hub. Please note FedEx requires photo ID to pick up your animal. I do not export at this time. I can also arrange for local pickup in the Tampa Bay area. At this time I do not export. I do not ship western hognoses to Colorado, as it is illegal to own hognoses there without a license. If you have questions about the process, I suggest speaking with a local, Teresa from Hip Hogs. I do not ship western hognoses to Iowa without proof of a scientific or educational permit. It is illegal to own western hognose snakes in that state as they are listed as endangered in Iowa. I do not ship western hognoses to Illinois without proof of a permit. You must have a (free) permit to own hognose snakes in the state of Illinois.
