Payment Policy All payments must be made in full before spiders are shipped or picked up. Shipping Policy We ship only within the United States, excluding Florida. All spiders are carefully packaged to ensure their safety on their journey. Shipping is available Monday through Wednesday to prevent delays over weekends. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package upon delivery, as we cannot guarantee live arrival if the package is left unattended.
