Shipping will usually be done via either FedEx Priority Overnight or UPS Next Day Air. Local Pickup within the state of New Mexico can be arranged. Shipping will only be done after determining that the weather in the Buyer's location will not be hazardous to the health of the animal. In the event of an animal being found dead on arrival (DOA), a DOA Claim, accompanied by photographic evidence, must be submitted within two (2) hours of the Buyer receiving the package. In the event of a valid DOA, the Buyer will be given a Full Refund.
