Primeval Morphs

All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good condition, and correctly sexed. Responsibility for the animal’s health and well-being transfers to the buyer upon acceptance. If an animal dies during transit or exhibits health-related issues within 7 days of arrival, the buyer must notify Primeval Morphs within 24 hours and provide photographic or video evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund, minus the cost of return shipping for further examination

Payments accepted via Credit or Debit Card through Square, Venmo, or Cash App.

Ask about our payment plan options. We offer short-term payment plans requiring a deposit for any animal over $300. A non-refundable deposit of 20% will reserve the animal and ensure its continued care. All payments must be completed within 60 days. Failure to fulfill the payment plan within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the animal and any payments made. If the animal is in our care and an issue arises, a full refund will be issued.

We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight from hub to hub, Monday through Wednesday, weather permitting. Shipping will be postponed if temperatures are forecasted to be below 40°F or above 90°F during the shipping window. Additionally, animals not picked up from the hub within 6 hours of arrival will void all guarantees.
