We dont accept returns, however if there was an issue such as mis gendered or DOA ( If shipped )we will work out a solution for the customer that makes them not feel like they lost out. for DOA we will replace with same or similar animal with a partial refund if price matching isn't the same, or offer a refund. For mis gender we will offer a refund in exchange for the animal or offer a similar replacement animal with price matching that might include a partial refund. If the customer has issues with feeding we can and have offered pointers to get the animal to eat and we've even taken animals back in, got them back on food and returned back to the customer, no out of pocket expense to the owner.

We offer payment plans for animals over $300, we accept CashApp, Zelle, Venmo (friends) or PayPal (Friends and Family)

On animals over $300 we do payment plans with 25% down and 30 days to pay off. On animals over $1000 we accept 20% down with 60 days to pay off, we do offer a 15 day extension on occasion when needed. If payment plan is canceled, all money will be returned except the deposit.

We ship on Tuesday and Wednesday only with overnight shipment only. We only do Hub to Hub, on a very exceptionally rare circumstance we will ship to a residence, however residential shipment waiver the live arrival guarantee. For hub to hub live arrival is guaranteed as long as the animal is picked up within an hour or arrival. If DOA proof must be provided. We dont ship above 93 or below 50.
