Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee animals arrive alive, healthy, and as described if shipped via our approved carriers and received on the first attempt. Issues must be reported within 24 hours with photos/video. • DOA Policy: If an animal arrives deceased, contact us within 24 hours with proof. We will offer a replacement or store credit (excluding shipping). • Returns: No returns once animals leave our care unless there is a verified shipping error or undisclosed health issue reported within 24 hours. • Health Responsibility: We are not responsible for issues caused by improper care, housing, or failure to follow quarantine procedures after arrival. • Local Sales: Animals purchased in person are guaranteed to be the exact morph as advertised. Sex may be subject to change depending on age and size.

Payments • Full payment required before pickup or shipping. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another purchase within 30 days. • Payment plans available on select geckos with a non-refundable 25% deposit; balance due by the agreed date. • Refunds only if we cannot provide the purchased gecko. Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped.

Payment Plans: Available on select geckos with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid within 60 days, unless a new due date is agreed upon in writing. If the balance is not paid by the agreed date, all payments are forfeited and the gecko will be relisted. Shipping will only be arranged after full payment is received.

Shipping Policy: We use approved live animal carriers and ship only when temperatures are safe. Shipping is scheduled with the buyer, and someone must be present for the first delivery attempt. Live arrival is guaranteed only if received as arranged and issues are reported within 2 hours with photos/video. Buyer pays shipping unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, wrong addresses, or failure to follow receiving instructions.

Live Animal Disclosure Policy: All geckos are sold as healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Any known health issues, injuries, or imperfections will be fully disclosed before purchase. Photos and/or videos provided accurately represent the animal’s condition at the time of sale, but minor differences in color or pattern may occur due to lighting, stress, or shedding. Once the animal leaves our care, we are not responsible for changes in health or appearance caused by improper care, or environment conditions.
