Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee live arrival on all animals as long as the following conditions are met: • Someone is present to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt, or it is picked up within 2 hours of availability at a FedEx hub. • Shipping is only done with weather-safe conditions and through approved FedEx Priority Overnight. Health Guarantee: All animals are shipped healthy, properly sexed (unless sold as unsexed), feeding regularly, and accurately represented. If you believe there’s an issue, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and video. Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns on live animals. However, in the rare case of a DOA (dead on arrival), a replacement or store credit will be issued — no cash refunds. Photo and video proof must be provided within 2 hours of delivery.

• Full payment is required before any animal is shipped or picked up. • We accept CashApp, Zelle, PayPal (Friends & Family only), Venmo, and cash (in person only). • All sales are final. No refunds unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • Deposits to hold animals are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another animal at our discretion. • Payment plans are available on animals over $300 (see our Payment Plan Policy for details). Once payment is made, we’ll schedule shipping based on weather and FedEx availability to ensure safe delivery.

We offer payment plans on animals priced $300 or more, with the following terms: • 25% non-refundable deposit required to hold the animal. • The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. • Animals will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full. • If the full payment is not received by the agreed deadline, the animal will be relisted, and the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds on payment plans. We’re happy to work with you within reason, but communication is key. Need more time? Just ask — we’re flexible as long as we’re kept in the loop.

We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight through certified reptile shipping services (e.g., ShipYourReptiles, Reptiles2You). • Shipping is Monday–Wednesday only, weather permitting, to avoid weekend delays. • Live Arrival Guarantee only applies if: • Temps are between 40°F–90°F at all locations (origin, hub, destination), • The animal is delivered on the first attempt or picked up from a FedEx hub within 2 hours, • Someone is present to receive the package, and • You notify us within 2 hours of delivery with any issues, along with photos/videos. • We will work with you to find a safe ship date — we do not rush animals out in unsafe conditions. • Buyer pays actual shipping cost, unless otherwise agreed upon. Note: Shipping delays due to carrier issues or weather are outside of our control. We’ll always do our part to ensure your animal arrives safe and healthy.

All animals sold by Blended Creations are live, captive-bred reptiles unless otherwise noted. We do our best to provide accurate information regarding each animal’s: • Species • Morph/genetics (to the best of our knowledge) • Sex (guaranteed if listed as male/female; otherwise sold as unsexed) • Health, feeding status, and temperament Please note: • Genetics are not guaranteed on animals with complex or incomplete lineage, especially in multi-gene combos. We always label pairings and known lineage when possible. • Temperament can vary by individual animal — reptiles may become defensive during shipping or relocation. • Buyer assumes responsibility for researching and understanding the care needs of the animal they’re purchasing. • All animals are feeding regularly at the time of sale unless otherwise disclosed.
