No returns or refunds on any deposits, payments, or purchases unless something happens to the animal before shipping. No refunds for tail dropping during or post shipment, changes in color or pattern, animal becomes sick or injured while in your care. (the only exception arriving DOA) If an animal arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will issue a refund of that individual animals purchase price. If you prefer we can send a replacement of equal value if available, buyer pays the additional shipping cost. Video/picture proof must be sent immediately upon arrival (delivery time stamp from tracking) or guarantee is Void. We must be notified within an hour of receiving doa animal or all guarantees are void.

We only ship the the lower 48 states. Right now we are doing a flat rate shipping of $49. (If more than 2 animals, an Additional $10 per animal added for shipping) All reptiles are shipped using FedEx Priority overnight service held for pick up at your nearest fedex location that accepts live shipments. We do require a signature for any home deliveries but we prefer to have it held for pickup. IF having a home delivery, Someone must be available to recieve on first delivery attempt or all live arrival guarantees are VOID. For packages held at fedex for pick up, they must be picked up within 2 hours or all live arrival guarantees are VOID. We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays as long as weather allows. We do not ship when temps are under 35 degrees or over 90 degrees. We will hold until temperatures allow shipping with full payment.

Live arrival guaranteed if package is signed for on 1st delivery attempt and opened within 20 mins of delivery or picked up from fedex within 2 hours of its arrival.
