Ray's reptile rescue

Ray’s Reptile Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of reptiles across Texas. Founded on a passion for animal welfare and public education, we specialize in providing expert care for neglected, abandoned, or injured reptiles. From snakes and lizards to tortoises and amphibians. Our mission goes beyond rescue: we actively engage the community through hands-on educational programs, wildlife safety training, and outreach events designed to change perceptions about reptiles and their role in our ecosystem. We work closely with local animal control agencies, veterinarians, and wildlife organizations to ensure every animal gets the medical care and safe environment it needs. Ray’s Reptile Rescue also offers public events, fundraisers, and partnerships with local businesses to raise awareness and build a stronger, wildlife-conscious community. With a team of passionate volunteers and years of expertise, we’re here to protect, educate, and advocate for all things cold-blooded.
