We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement, DOA must be reported immediately. Failure to do so will forfeit any refunds, as well as failure to pick up the animal from fedex within 8 hours or immediately after home delivery will forfeit any refunds under the good health and safety arrival guarantee. Sex Guarantee: Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within 7 days for resolution. In addition, you must notify me immediately if any animal has not eaten within 2 weeks of arrival.

We accept most common forms of payment, including Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, Cash App.

Payment plans: We can arrange a payment plan on a case-by-case basis. In most cases arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Sales Policy: All sales are final, and all deposits are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in any amount paid in excess of the 20% deposit will be refunded after the animal on hold has been re-listed and sold.

We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer.
