Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns will only be accepted if we are notified immediately upon receiving the item that something is wrong or insufficient.

We primarily accept PayPal as it offers the highest level of protection for both parties. However, Venmo can be used as an alternative if needed. We can also invoice you via email so you can pay however. Please note that full payment is required upfront, and we do not hold animals without payment. Cash is accepted for in-person transactions at shows and local pickups

Payment for animals must be paid in full to hold an animal. Shipping can be paid in increments discussed with buyer.

We guarantee the live arrival of all our shipments. In the rare event that an animal arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must notify us immediately and provide clear photos, and in some cases videos, as evidence. We will offer a replacement of equal value or issue a refund. Please note, if you choose 2-day shipping for jumping spiders, shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a DOA. Only Priority Overnight shipments are eligible for full refunds, including shipping. If you are shipping to a residential address, you must be home to sign for the package. Failure to do so will void the LAG. The guarantee is also void if you do not notify us within 2 hours of receiving the package, if the package is left outside for an extended time, or if a FedEx delay occurs that is beyond our control. If the temperature is unsafe at the time of purchase, we are happy to hold your animals with a deposit until the weather is suitable for shipping.
