We maintain the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason. Buyer must be at least 18 years old. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If the Buyer can no longer properly care for the animal after purchase we request that they reach back out to us. We reserve the right to accept the animal back under our sole discretion. If we do decide to accept the animal we will pay for return shipping, however, we will not provide any refunds, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will accept payment plans on animals with a list price greater than $499. We require a deposit amounting to 35% of the list price and we will not ship until full payment which represents the list price plus shipping, has been received. Terms will be discussed with the Buyer and if the Buyer does not complete the payment plan by the agreed upon date, then 75% of total funds received will be refunded and the remaining 25% will be retained as a restocking fee.

We will only ship when temperatures are in the low of 35 and high of 85 at point of shipment and at Buyers local hub. We will also take into consideration the temperature at the midway sort facilities. We will happily hold and take care of any animal free of charge until safe conditions are met on both ends. We will only ship Monday-Wednesday for Tuesday-Thursday pickup. We will only ship directly to a Fedex hub. If an animal is not picked up from a hub within 24 hours and there is either a) loss of contact with the buyer or b) no arrangements have been made to have the animal picked up, we reserve the right to have the animal returned to sender at our discretion. We will retain 25% of the purchase price as a restocking fee and the animal will not be re-shipped to the Buyer.

We have a 7-day health guarantee and DOA guarantee. We require that the animals be picked up from the hub within 4 hours of carrier marking as ready for pick up or 4 hours after FedEx opens, whichever is later. Buyer must provide photos/ video of the animal within 45 minutes of receiving the animals. If any of these conditions are not met the following guarantees are null and void and Buyer assumes all risks. In the event of illness or death within 7 days after receiving the animal please reach out! Remediation will be on a case by case basis however the Buyer must provide pictures of the enclosure as well as care details and retain the body for possible necropsy (do not freeze!). In the unlikely event an animal arrives DOA the buyer may pick a new animal with a similar list price, receive store credit or we will provide a full refund (minus the cost of shipping), whichever is preferred. We cannot offer a DOA guarantee in the event of a shipping delay that extends past one day, the responsibility falls on the carrier in this case. **All guarantees are considered void if Buyer elects for the animal(s) to be shipped to any location other than a hub.** **International shipments do not qualify for DOA guarantee due to the duration of shipping and the number of times the animal(s) change hands**
