Any illness or death must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Veterinary documenation may be required. Issues arising after this window but within the first seven days of receipt may warrant full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements and will be considered case-by-case basis with veterinary input. Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, wire transfer, SQUARE, and Money Orders / Certified Checks. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

There is no payment plan for animals under $500. Above that, we offer a plan on a case by case basis, typically with a 20% deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan and terms that is specific to each animal. Deposits & payments are non-refundable unless we fail to provide the animal in question. All sales are final.

We guarantee safe arrival when shipped hub to hub. We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery are possible if there is no such location within a reasonable driving distance (≤ 2 hours) of the buyer.
