Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, please review the following return and refund guidelines: All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns or exchanges. Custom & Memorial Pieces Custom orders, including cremation memorials and resin-encased shed pieces, are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will evaluate the situation and do our best to offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate. Order Cancellations Pre-Made Items: May be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not shipped. Custom Orders: May be canceled within 24 hours of payment. After that, materials may be ordered or work may begin, and refunds cannot be issued. We truly appreciate your support and understanding as a small business.
