Live Animals Due to the nature and health of live animals, all sales of live animals are final. We take great care in the health and well-being of our animals before they leave the store. Once an animal leaves our care, we cannot guarantee its environment or treatment. If you believe your animal is sick or showing signs of distress within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately. In some cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange, at our discretion, with proof of purchase and a proper evaluation. We do not offer refunds on live animals.

Service Fee A 3.5% service fee will be applied to all credit and debit card transactions to help offset processing costs. We encourage cash payments to avoid this fee.

Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Special orders must be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable once ordered. We do not offer payment plans or layaway at this time.

Shipping Requirements Live animal orders must be paid in full before shipping. A responsible adult must be present to receive the shipment. Shipping is only available within approved states/regions, and we do not ship internationally. We only ship animals Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Temperature-safe packaging and heat/cool packs are included as needed.

Live Arrival Guarantee We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on animals only if the following conditions are met: Shipment is received on the first delivery attempt. You notify us of any DOA (dead-on-arrival) within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos. The shipping address is accurate and someone is available to accept the package. Failure to meet these conditions voids the guarantee.
