The health and well-being of our animals is our top priority, and buyers must be able to provide the animals with appropriate conditions and care. - All purchases made are final - Please ask any questions before purchasing. - The Gender of the bearded dragons is not guaranteed. - Payments can be made via the web, by credit card, cash app, or in cash if picked up locally. - We reserve the right to hold animals until weather permits for both parties. - Shipping is overnight FedEx via Morph market shipping, and we prefer to ship Monday-Wednesday for next-day arrival (in case of delays) - AmethystReptilez is not responsible for any losses if the package is left at the doorstep, or if you refuse to accept a delay due to weather. - We reserve the right to choose the shipping date based on the weather. We will only ship Monday through Wednesday to help minimize the negative effects of carrier delays. - Please note that if you refuse to follow our advice and choose to house your animal in an unfit manner, all of our guarantees are null and void. - By placing an order with us, you are acknowledging that you are of legal age to do so and are accepting full legal responsibility for your purchase. No other terms or conditions will apply unless they have been mutually agreed upon in writing before placing your order. Animals and products are not considered sold until payment has been received in full. Our Payment Policy ---> A bearded dragon can be put on hold with a 25% non-refundable deposit. From the date of that deposit, you have 30 days to complete the full payment. Any amount that has been paid will be forfeited if full payment hasn't been made within 30 days. Payment is required in full before shipping. All payments will be accepted through Cash App. I will accept PayPal payment, but only if payment is made as "friends and family/Purchases". DOA & Return Policy---> We guarantee live arrival for our dragons, and we guarantee all bearded dragons will be healthy when shipped. In the rare case of DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will offer a refund for the price of the animal or replacement of equal value ONLY if the buyer contacts us with a video of the deceased animal within one hour of the delivery time. We will then communicate with Morph-Market to resolve the issue. {We do not replace the shipping cost}

Thank you for your consideration in purchasing your new scaly baby! We currently accept only Cash, Debit, Credit, and Cash App payments. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Once your payment has gone through, you will be prompted if you would like to receive a receipt. Please keep your receipt as you walk around the expo in case something arises with your new bearded dragon. Unfortunately, after the expo, refunds will not be accepted, as you have now accepted full responsibility for your new lizard. If problems do arise, we would be more than happy to help as much as we can over the phone. Thank you again for your purchase!

Unfortunately, during the expo, no payment plans are currently accepted. If you would like to start a payment plan, please contact us after the expo and we can discuss this further.

Shipping will only occur after the expo. If you would like a reptile shipped to your residence, please contact us after the expo, and I would love to discuss the details with you.

Streaming our animals is allowed. Shoutouts are also encouraged as they give our business more exposure. We would be happy to answer any questions you or your audience may have. We just ask that you keep it civil and respectful.
