Terms and Agreements: We reserve the right to decline any order/request for sale and we do not sell to anyone under 18 years of age without written parental consent. Once an animal leaves our care it is your responsibility and we cannot guarantee that an animal will feed or thrive under your care due to many contributing factors. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. By making a purchase, you are accepting all terms & agreements. Genetic Guarantee: All Recessive genetics are always fully guaranteed unless otherwise stated in ad and will clearly list the % het. Because of the increasing complexity of identifying co-dominant genes we cannot guarantee accuracy for them and have stated to the best of our understanding and opinion the animals genetics. We maintain records of the lineage and breeding records of all our animals and are happy to provide further information upon request.

Payment Plans Terms: ($250 Minimum Order) We Require 25% of the total price w/ shipping be paid as down payment for animal to be placed on hold and we will care for the animal while the payment plan is being completed. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you intend to finish in full. You can choose to pay in whatever amount/frequency you prefer, however after the date of the down payment the remaining balance must be paid in full by midnight of the 30th day for orders under $400, and the 60th day for orders over $400 All deposits & Payments are non-refundable for incomplete payment plans. If purchase is not paid in full by the due date & time, we shall be free to sell the animal. If seller cancels the order during the payment plan all payments and deposits received will be fully refunded. Shipping will only be done after payment plan has been completely paid in full.

Shipping: Overnight flat rate shipping is done through Fed-Ex via ShipYourReptiles Monday through Wednesday to your local Fedex Hub with signature required for pickup. All snakes are professionally packed with shipping materials specifically designed to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. We do not ship when temperature are under 40 or over 90 degrees and if weather falls outside of this range, we are happy to hold your purchases until a safe day for shipping arrives. We will only ship after animal is paid in FULL. Please review your State/ County & City laws before purchasing.

Live Arrival Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you live and in good condition. All shipments must be opened and inspected immediately to confirm animal's live delivery via email, text or phone call within 1 hour of pickup. The time will be determined by the receipt time Fed-ex provides online of the delivery/pickup. A followup text/email with a video of the actual animal must be received within that hour otherwise all guarantees are null and void. This guarantee is void if buyer provides incomplete or incorrect shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be very thorough with shipping information and please be prepared to pickup your new purchase right away.
