Returns are only allowed under special circumstances, on a case by case basis, and will be at our discretion. It is VERY rare that we do a return due to health and safety reasons. This prevents the spread of disease or environmental contaminants.

We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cashapp. Payments need to be paid at time of sale. If shipping, payment needs to be in full BEFORE we ship.

We do not accept payment plans.

Shipping method will be a carrier of our choice and settled on BEFORE shipping. Live arrival guaranteed requirements: ONLY when held at hub. Package must be picked up within 2 hours of "ready for pick up" notification. A 30 second video of deceased must be sent to us within 30 minutes of pick up. Pics of all sides of the package. Live arrival is NOT guaranteed when: Shipped to a home, apartment, condo, office, anywhere other than a hub. Customer gives an incorrect address. Customer does NOT pick up package within 2 hours of "ready for pick up" notification.
