Offered on a case by case basis, please reach out if you are interested in a payment plan on a single or multiple animals. Total must be $500 or more, a 25% deposit is required to start and full payment must be made within 60 days. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Non payment within the time allotted will be defaulted and the animal will be relisted. If you are having issues, reach out before the time expires and we may be able to extend on a case by case basis. Seller Backout: If Critical Hit Exotics backs out of a sale that has already been paid, had a deposit and/or payments made on an animal then Critical Hit Exotics will refund 100% of the money received from the buyer.

We will only ship animals when it is safe Monday through Wednesday and not because the buyer wants it now. We will pay to feed the animal until it is safe even if this means feeding for 3 months during Denver's winter. We feed hatchlings every 5 days, juveniles every 7 days, and adults every 14 days. We are located in the Denver area and weather can be crazy here. We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight to a FedEx Hub unless other shipping criteria were agreed to prior to the purchase. We only offer home delivery If the buyer is over an hour away from a FebEx hub then arrangements must be agreed upon prior to purchase to have the animal shipped to the buyer's residence and they must be present when the animal is delivered. Health Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed to arrive safe and healthy. In the rare circumstance that your animal is DOA, sick or injured we require video/picture proof within 1 hour of receiving the package. Hub Delivery: Packages must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival at the FedEX hub or the health guarantee is voided. Home Delivery: The health guarantee is voided Sex: We guarantee the sex of the animal purchased. There are times when those boys are growers and not showers though. If the sex is incorrect on your animal please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue. Genetics: Recessive and Heterozygous genes are 100% guaranteed. Animals with numerous Incomplete Dominant genes will be listed as what is reasonably known and other genes listed in parenthesis if we are not sure. Pricing will be based on what we know and we will err on the side of caution. If you end up with more great! But as a result Incomplete Dominant genes are not guaranteed.
