We have a 14 day guarantee. However, circumstances related to any issues are a significant factor in enforcing this policy.

Full payment is due before the release of an animal. Down payments or holding fees are accepted and go toward the final purchase price, but are non-refundable. Payment plans are available, following approval. Animals that are paid for in full are placed on hold and shipped when weather permits. We accept many different forms of payments.

$50 deposit for placing animal on hold. Plans are available for totals of over $400, and buyer must agree to weekly payments. No animal will be released until paid in full.

Arrive alive guarantee if animal is picked up from hub in proper time window. Anything after the window will void all guarantees. Arrive alive is only applicable to HUB deliveries.
