Forms of payment accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Cash. Payments are non-refundable, all sales are final. Payment plans are offered on a case by case basis with a 20% non-refundable deposit and balance paid within 30-90 days. Upon failure to complete the agreed payment plan within the period of time, any amount that has been paid in excess of your original deposit will covert to store credit with SNS Reptiles after the animal on hold has been re-listed and sold. In the event that we, the seller, back out of the payment plan for any reason, all deposits and funds paid will be returned. We ship all year round including winter months if temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees. We do not ship if weather conditions are extreme or in high volume shipping times such as during the Christmas holiday. We guarantee good health at the time of shipping and safe arrival to our customers. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours. DOA's must be reported immediately upon inspection. Failure to do so will forfeit any refunds under the safe arrival guarantee. Failure to pick up the animal from Fedex within a reasonable amount of time (four hours) from the "Ready for Pickup" scan will forfeit any refunds under the safe arrival guarantee. Due to the increasing complexity of genetics, we cannot guarantee co-dom genes in new high complex combos with 100% certainty, but do have high level confidence that the genetics listed are 100% guaranteed. Sex of the animal is guaranteed.
