All animals homed are always welcome back! We do not purchase them back, but they can be surrendered. Please contact me at [email protected] to discuss any issues you're having that can be remedied to make a better experience for you and your pet without having to surrender them. All health guarantees are voided if you do not follow our care guide explicitly! We do provide of full lifetime guarantee against Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome as long as you follow the care guide! In the event a hedgehog passes and WHS is suspected by a veterinarian (this diagnosis CANNOT be made, only suspected while an animal is living), a necropsy must be completed by the Oregon State Veterinary Lab to confirm. The results must be shared directly from the Oregon State Veterinary Lab to me, and the buyer will then be able to choose to have a full reimbursement or a replacement baby provided from another pedigree line if they confirm WHS. For items that are non-animal, all sales are final.

If reserving an animal prior to it being eligible to go home or to go on transport, a $75 non-refundable deposit is required to hold them. All animals must be paid in full at time of pickup or time of transport pickup. Animals not paid in full will not be released. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and we do give discounts in person if paying with cash.

At this time we do not have a payment plan policy as the only thing that isn't paid in full at the time of initial purchase, requires a deposit as defined in the Policy on Payments and paid in full at time of pick up or transport pickup.

Hedgehogs: Shipping can only be done with a USDA licensed ground transporter or airliner. We do not ship live animals in the mail! Please contact me to discuss transport options best for your needs. For knives, resin, and leather items we ship using USPS Priority Mail. Price for shipping is in addition to the cost of the item and based on weight/size.
