All sales are final. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, Square, and Zelle. Animal will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Payment Plans are available: The minimum price for a potential payment plan is $500. A 20% deposit is required up front with 30 days to be paid in full. Deposits are non-refundable. A buyer’s failure to complete their payment plan within with-in the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.

Free local pick-up/meet up is available. We will ship Monday-Wednesday as long as weather permits. In the event of extreme weather conditions, animals will be held until it is safe to ship. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer’s nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pick up. Home delivery may be made available if there is not a FedEx location within an hour of the buyer. If buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or within 8 hours of FedEx hub delivery, the live arrival and health guarantee is void.

We guarantee all our animals to be alive and healthy upon arrival. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of arrival to receive a full refund or replacement.
