30-day payment plans are available with a non-refundable deposit on animals over $500. Shipping is included for all buyers within the United States.

We guarantee the health and sex of the animals, excluding DOA (Dead on Arrival). Any issues with your animal must be reported to us within 4 hours of arrival. Our health guarantee is valid for the first 24 hours after delivery. While we cannot control your environment or husbandry, we are happy to offer assistance if you have any questions. Genetics are based on our best estimation from the pairing. Some combinations can be challenging to confirm with 100% certainty, so we provide our best guess on the clutch and feedback from other breeders. All hets are guaranteed. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: DOA must be reported within 1 hour of delivery, based on the FedEx time stamp, and requires photo evidence. Failure to meet this timeframe will void the guarantee. Conditions That Void the Live Arrival Guarantee: 1. The buyer or a member of the household must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. The seller retains the option to ship to a personal address or a fedex hub. 2. Delays caused by carrier mishandling or incorrect delivery addresses will void the guarantee. 3. Temperature conditions: Lows must be above 35°F and highs below 100°F for the animal’s safety. 4. If the animal is held at a FedEx pickup location, it must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival. 5. Shipments are only made through MorphMarket shipping guidelines, weather permitting, and must meet temperature requirements (lows above 35°F, highs below 100°F). Live Arrival Guarantee: The live arrival guarantee covers only the cost of the animal and does not include shipping fees. If a replacement animal is necessary, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once the animal has been inspected and accepted, the buyer assumes responsibility for its care and well-being. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
