Due to the nature of the business in animals, no returns after a 24 hour period of time. If the buyer would like to return before the 24 hour time period is allotted, we will inspect the animal or product before giving a refund or store credit to make sure the animal or product was in the condition it was sold to them as. If the animal or product was damaged or injured during being in their possession, we will go by case to case basis to determine if a refund will be given with the return.

Cash, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle. Venmo. Will do a non refundable deposit or 20% of the total cost that the buyer has thirty days to pay off completely or the animal/product.

We do not ship animals. Snakes or feeders live or frozen thawed. Personal belief that it’s wrong for the safety and well being of the animal. This includes buying animals for our personal collection/breeding, we do not buy any animal that requires shipping.

Our animals are healthy and ready to go. I do not bring an animal with me to a show unless it has consistently fed on live, pre-kill or frozen. Rats, mice and asf. Unless buyer is interested in a personal animal of mine/a breeder and they agree to understand the dietary that I was giving the animal. We strive for complete transparency and sharing all information openly and with unforgiving honesty.
