Payment Plans: • A 35% deposit is required to initiate the payment plan. • Payment plans are available on purchases of $250 or more. •You will have 30 days to complete the payment. • Please note: The deposit is non-refundable. However, any funds paid beyond the deposit are refundable if you decide to back out of the payment plan. •Communication is key! If we do not hear from you after 30 days, the payment plan will be considered void, and the animal will be relisted for sale.

We offer pickup free of charge at shows we are vending! Shipping: We charge $55.00 to ship live animals. Next day Priority FedEx. • We will maintain open communication throughout the shipping process, providing you with a tracking number and coordinating a shipment day and pick-up time. • Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only; we do not ship on Thursdays. Important Shipping Guidelines: • We do not ship to residential addresses. All shipments will be directed to the nearest FedEx pick-up location. This policy is in place to reduce risks, as we have encountered too many unfortunate stories of animals not surviving when shipped to homes. Note: All policies are subject to change

Picking Up Your Gecko: • Once you pick up your gecko from the hub location, you have one hour to contact us and confirm that the gecko is okay. • We require a picture of the gecko, sent through MorphMarket communication, to verify its condition. • If we do not hear from you within the one-hour timeframe, the live animal guarantee will be voided
