TERMS OF SERVICE - (ALL SALES ARE FINAL) Store policy. *Gecko sex is not guaranteed until 20g LIVE ARRIVAL AND GUARANTEE: LAG guarantee: We guarantee your live order as long as you are present at time of delivery/pickup. You must contact us within 30 minutes of delivery to report any DOA to qualify for a re-ship or store credit. If your order is sent for hold at Fedex location, the order must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival at hub. Live arrival guarantee will be voided if not contacted with 30 minutes of package arrival/pickup. If not present at time of delivery all health guarantees are then void. In the off chance the reptile arrives DOA, Roach Hollow Reptiles must be contacted immediately, and provided a clear picture/video. At our discretion, we will either provide a store credit or replacement animal of your choice equal to the amount of the animal or less that was originally purchased. •We pride ourselves in our shipment packaging and quality however in the event of a gecko dropping its tail we will not offer a refund of any kind in the event that this happens. *Shipping is done through Reptiles2you via FedEx Priority Overnight within the 48 continental United States. We prefer shipping to your local FedEx authorizied hub and held for pick up. Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Purchases will ONLY be shipped when temperatures/weather forecast are deemed safe. This is typically between 40 and 80 degrees.
