Proof of DOA or vet record stating death/illness was caused by a pre-existing condition prior to purchase is required for refunds.

Payment: I accept payment through cash, Square, PayPal, or Venmo.

Payment plans will only be available for purchases over $300. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the gecko. Payment plans will be for 30 days, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping: Shipping weather is between 36-85 degrees Fahrenheit. I ship Mon-Wed to the continental contiguous 48 states in the US through Morph Market with FedEx Priority Overnight shipping. If weather is not permitting to ship, I will hold reptiles upon full payment until the weather is suitable. If heat/cold packs are required, they will be included at no extra charge.

Live Arrival/Health Guarantee: I guarantee live arrival and will refund the cost of the reptile and shipping upon DOA. Proof of DOA must be sent to me within 1 hour of delivery or within 1 hour of pickup from a FedEx hub if picked up on the SAME DAY as delivery or else the refund will not be issued. PLEASE check on your reptile as soon as you receive the package. DO NOT leave it outside. Tail loss is not covered by this. Injury caused by improper husbandry or mishandling by the buyer is also not covered.
