All sales are final unless there is a health related issue within 5 days. We will gladly take back any surrender gecko if you can longer care for it, or no longer want it, but we will not issue refunds or credits for them.

We accept cash, venmo, and credit/debit via square. Full payment is due at time of purchase and payments are non-refundable.

All geckos sold by New Moon Geckos are guaranteed to be healthy. All sales are final unless there is a health related issue within 5 days of purchase. Photos with timestamps required. We are available to answer any questions you may have, but once you take possession of your gecko, we are no longer responsible for said gecko, and assume that you have researched and are familiar with proper husbandry and care.
