We’re a small, family-run team of three passionate about all things reptiles and constantly learning as we go! Starting in 2025, we’ll be offering shipping for our snakes to make it easier for you to bring home your perfect reptile. All of our snakes currently eat live rats, but if you prefer frozen/thawed (F/T), just send us a message! We’re happy to begin transitioning them to F/T to ensure a smooth adjustment. Feel free to message us anytime with questions or inquiries.
Cancellations and Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancelled orders or deposits. In the event of an agreed delivery or pickup time, if the buyer fails to appear or respond, the animal and any funds paid will be forfeited.
Payments: We accept Cash(local only), Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, PayPal or Square Invoice for a 4 percent fee. Other forms of payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment plans may be available at our discretion for select animals. A non-refundable 25 percent deposit is required to hold any animal. All payments and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Shipping costs vary by destination, weight, and box size. Each shipment includes: Insulated box, secure animal bag or cup, heat or cold packs as needed. Shipping may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather or other factors to ensure the animal’s safety. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays or mishandling once the package is in transit. Shipping Schedule & Buyer Responsibility: I will reach out to you the day before agreed upon shipping day, I will not ship if I do not hear from you to confirm you can pickup. Shipments are made Tuesday and Wednesday's only (weather permitting). The buyer is responsible for tracking their package and being available to receive and sign for the delivery. If the package is held at a FedEx hub, it must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival. Failure to be present for delivery or to pick up within the 2-hour window voids the live arrival guarantee and any refund or credit.
