Live animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight to the nearest available FedEx hub for pickup. We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for next-day delivery to help ensure the safety of the animal during transit.

We guarantee live arrival when all shipping guidelines are followed. Animals may be shipped to the nearest available FedEx hub for pickup and must be picked up within two hours of notification. If there are any issues upon arrival, we must be notified immediately, and a clear video of the unboxing is required. Shipping may be delayed due to unsafe weather conditions to protect the health and safety of the animal.
