Payment plans are available on purchases over $400 with 25% non-refundable, non-transferable down payment. Payments must be received in full before pickup or shipment, and any unfulfilled payment plan will be forfeit.

All animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight to the buyer’s location or local FedEx hub, subject to weather limitations. Live arrival guarantee will be void if incorrect shipping information is provided to us, you are not available to accept the package on the first delivery attempt, or you do not pick up from the FedEx hub within two hours of delivery. In the unlikely event of a DOA, you MUST notify us immediately.
