Returns are not accepted. We can help you with rehoming or surrendering animal back to us. We understand times can be hard and we will help you. Surrendered animals will be quarantined and rehomed after 6 week period.

We accept All major Credit Cards, Paypal (Friends and Family), Cashapp, Venmo, Afterpay, Cash in person.

Payments Plans- I require a 25% NON REFUNDABLE Down payment or $125 - which ever is more. Payment plan is a maximum of 30 days Unless previously agreed by myself for an extension. 3% Charge for Payment Plans. Must be paid off in 30 days or plan is canceled.

Live arrival, sex, and health are guaranteed. Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight service in temperatures between 60 and 95. I do not ship outside USA. Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is optional in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA due to a carrier delay. If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 1 hour of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. For all Claims of Dead on arrivals, we will need an unboxing video and picture of the deceased animals and to contact us within 1 hour of delivery arrival for warranty or it is void.. .Because I do not know what has happened since the time of arrival. For all claims of an unhealthy reptile there must be an unboxing video and picture. You must contact me within one hour on all claims or the warranty is void.

All animals are feeding on appropriate sized rodents. Genetics are based on our opinion based off their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure on so we make our best guess based on what is provided in the clutch and opinion of other breeders. All hets are guaranteed.
