Full payment must be received prior to delivery of anything we sell. We accept most forms of payment.

25% non-refundable down payment required to place an animal on hold. The remainder will be paid within a pre-determined timeframe (default is 3 months, longer terms may be negotiated on a case by case basis).

We ship within the U. S. , weather permitting, for pickup at a local FedEx hub.

All of our animals will be healthy and eating properly before we offer them for sale. Genes for animals are advertised as the best of our ability to determine them. If enough doubt is present, we will not advertise the gene, however we will disclose the pairing (sire and dam) for any animal. 100% heterozygous genes are guaranteed for animals produced by us. If an animal is determined to be unhealthy within 2 weeks of purchase, contact us for resolution.
