Unfortunately, we typically do not allow the return of plants or items made with plants due to the nature of these products. Once a plant or plant-related item has been shipped, we cannot control the conditions it is exposed to, hence we cannot accept returns. Even though we do not allow the return of plants as a practice we can work with you if you do the following and have a plant purchase related concern as our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase and make things right when we can. Plant selling platform shipping - Rates typically start at $14 and +$2 for each additional plant. Website order based shipping - Because we have no desire to make money off of the shipping price you can either go with the preselected automated shipping price or contact us prior to your purchase and we will ship it at cost for the fastest delivery method that you prefer. - We suggest purchasing 'Additional heat pack Packing Materials' if daytime temperatures are below 50 degrees. We ship via USPS and UPS within 3 days. If we ship your order Friday or Saturday, you can typically expect to receive your plant by Monday or Tuesday. What is your in person purchase return policy? Non plant items (pots, unopened containers) and accessories it is 10 days, we do not allow the return of plants or items made with plants as we cannot be aware of the conditions it is placed in or the care provided once it is out of our possession. How do you pack your plants? Plants are shipped in the with the pots and media they are grown in. We carefully wrap the soil with slightly damp sphagnum moss and a paper towel, and tape it over to prevent any soil from spilling out. We then carefully wrap the entire plant in cotton and packaging paper. If it is being shipped during cold weather we will add a layer of insulation lining, and a heatpack if purchased. For rooted cuttings: The rooted part will be wrap with damp sphagnum moss. We then carefully wrap the entire plant with a foam roll and packaging paper. Do you offer a heat pack in the winter? Yes, we do. We suggest to purchase a heat pack if day time temperature are below 50 degrees. Do you ship internationally? Unfortunately, we do not. What do I need to do to pick up locally? Send us an email or message if you are on any of our social media connections after you place your order so we can arrange time for pick up. Do you have a storefront? No. We are a home-based business, however we do allow for prearranged local pickup.
