Guaranteed Live Arrival Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, healthy, and exactly as we have described them. If there are any problems with your purchase, including but not limited to death on arrival, we must be notified within 1 hour of the animal's arrival. Photographic/video proof of complaint must be provided before a store credit or replacement animal is given. Cash Refunds Will Not Be Issued. We are not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandling. Geckos will sometimes drop their tails due to stress. This does not affect the health or breeding ability of the animal, therefore no compensation will be offered in the case of a tail loss during shipment. Sexing Animals listed as “probable male” or “pores seen” means that we have louped them, and have seen what appear to be pores, however, there is no visual bulge present. Animals listed as “probable female” or “no pores seen” means that we have louped them, and no pores were visible. Sex is not guaranteed for probable males or females, because louping is not 100% accurate. We provide this information as a courtesy to buyers so that they can make an educated guess about the animal which they are purchasing. Animals listed as unsexed are too small or young, to accurately determine sex. Any animals that are placed “on hold” or are held for shipping due to weather conditions, will not be rechecked for pores at any time after purchase, prior to shipment. General Health We offer a 48-hour health guarantee for all animals sold by Serenity Dragon’s. If you fail to properly feed, house, or otherwise treat the purchased animal, this guarantee is void. In the event of the animal’s illness or death, photographic/video evidence as well as a report from a veterinarian of an exam or necropsy will be required. If the report verifies with reasonable certainty that we are at fault, store credit for the full purchase price of the animal or replacement animal will be offered.

We accept Zelle, PayPal, CashApp and Venmo payment systems, we request that you contact us directly, we like communicating with our customers, as well as to make sure the animal is in fact still available. All animal sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be issued, except in the conditions outlined below. We offer payment plans for animals over $500. Payment plans are offered as a courtesy and convenience to the buyer. Payment plans are offered on a 45-Day period, during which time the animal(s) will be placed “On Hold” for the buyer and is marked as sold. Your animal can be held with a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total (including shipping charges if applicable). Once deposit is received, your animal will officially be on hold and noted as the start of the 45 days. We will send you a message to confirm. The only requirement with a payment plan is that the full amount is paid no later than the 45th day. Once your animal is paid off, we will arrange shipping. If you fail to honor your payment plan, the 50% deposit is not refunded, and any additional payments will also be forfeited. You will no longer be eligible for any other payment plans and any other animals purchased will required to be paid in full. We take our animals off the market and thus results in loss of sales, if you find that you’re having difficulty paying off an animal, please communicate. In the event that the buyer does not satisfy the balance by the end of the hold period, Serenity Dragon’s follows protocols as outlined above. The buyer will not use social media or any other outlet, to speak negatively about Serenity Dragon’s for holding to these terms. We will take all necessary steps to preserve our reputation in the reptile community. Again, payment plans are a courtesy and convenience to the buyer, and Serenity Dragon’s shall see no harm in offering these plans or holding to the terms set in regard to them.
Shipping is done through FedEx via Reptiles2you.com, Shipyourreptiles.com or Redlineshipping.com priority overnight service, anywhere within the lower 48 states for an additional fee. Live animals are shipped priority overnight and are guaranteed by most shipping companies to arrive before 10:30 am. However, some areas have later guaranteed arrival times. Delays past these arrival times are rare but possible. Once a shipment is booked, tracking information will be promptly provided to the buyer. Shipping is done Monday-Wednesday so that potential delays are less likely to run into the weekend. We only ship to your local FedEx hub that accepts live animals. Please keep in mind arrival to a hub is the only option and we require pickup within an hour of arrival. Failure to pick up the package within one hour of arrival will void the live arrival guarantee. We will not ship when temperatures and weather conditions are unsafe. We HIGHLY discourage you from opening the package in the car, contents can shift in shipping (although unlikely). We require a photo of the animal once received and open ideally at home. Temperatures must be between 45 to 85 degrees in Mobile, AL, any transfer hubs, and your location. This includes daytime highs and nighttime lows. We have the right to delay shipping and hold the animal at no extra cost to the buyer if we feel that shipping isn’t safe.
