We do not accept returns unless the animal is received sick or deceased. Please reach out to us immediately if you encounter any issues.

We offer payment plans, but the balance must be paid in full before receiving the animal. Accepted payment methods include cash, cryptocurrency, and PayPal.

Payment plans require a non-refundable deposit to hold the animal. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the animal is shipped or picked up. Payment schedules can be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Failure to complete the payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the animal being made available for sale again.

We use a trusted third-party shipping company to ensure the safe arrival of your gecko. Shipping is weather-dependent, and we will hold off in cases of extreme cold or hot weather. We only ship when temperatures are between 55°F and 80°F to prioritize the health and safety of the animal.

All of our crested geckos are healthy and well cared for before being sold. We ensure they are eating, thriving, and ready for their new homes. Any known health issues or genetic traits will be disclosed upfront. We encourage buyers to carefully inspect the animal during pickup or immediately upon arrival if shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand the care needs of crested geckos. We are happy to provide guidance and resources to ensure the gecko thrives in its new home.
