We will not accept returns as we have no control over what happens to the animal(s) after the transaction. We guarantee the sex and health of the snake at the time of ownership transference. We will work with you should any verified problem occur.

Accepted payments include cash, credit card, CashApp, and Zelle.

No payment plans are accepted at a venue. If purchased online, payment plans are allowed for snakes priced over $600 with the following stipulations: 1) 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to have the snake be placed “On Hold” and must be paid within 24 hours after receipt of the invoice. If there is more than one offer for the same snake, all parties will be informed and the first payment will be accepted as the prospective owner. 2) Monthly payments of a minimum of 25% must be made and completed within 90 days 3) $15/month will be added beginning the month after the deposit is made
