All sales are finale unless an unexpected death that is not due to customer care. Must be within 1 week of care and prove death was not due to care. Pictures must be provided of animal and enclosure in that case.

50% retainer due upfront. Payments must be made no later than every two weeks. Animal must be paid in full no longer than 90 days after first payment. Payments made are non refundable if customer changed mind on animal. Must be paid in full before animal is shipped / goes to new owner.

All sales are final. If DOA I must know within 2 hours if animals arrival. Pictures required.
