Czar’s Family Dragons Return Policy We offer a 48 hr return policy. Returns are only accepted for health-related concerns with proper enclosure set up (lights, heat, and substrate). We want every bearded dragon to thrive in its new home! Every purchase will include a care guide on the back of the receipt. If you need to return your dragon within this period, please provide clear photos of your enclosure, lighting, and substrate to verify that appropriate husbandry practices are in place. Refunds or exchanges may be limited if proper care sheet guidelines were not followed.

Cash/Debit/Credit. Debit/credit cards will have a 3% surcharge to accommodate processing fees. We also have a care sheet that must be signed to help encourage the best life for these amazing creatures. Additionally, if you can provide a receipt of all the proper enclosure, heat, and lighting based off the our care guide, a 10% discount will be awarded!

Czar’s Family Dragons Live Disclosure Policy At Czar’s Family Dragons, transparency is key. We provide full disclosure about each bearded dragon’s health, temperament, and background to help you make an informed decision. Before adoption, you will receive detailed information, including hatch date, lineage (if applicable), diet, and any health history or quirks we’ve observed. We encourage potential adopters to ask questions and request additional photos or videos if needed. Our dragons are thoroughly inspected and monitored before adoption to ensure they are in good health. Should any health issues arise before the dragon leaves our care, we will notify you immediately and work with you on a suitable solution.
