All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed at time of purchase. See terms & conditions below. Any problem with your animal must be reported to us within 1st hour of arrival. We cannot control your environment or husbandry but we are always willing to help if you have any questions regarding proper setup. Once inspected and accepted the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer. When receiving a reptile from me please confirm sex, health and genetics. Payment Policy: Payment must be made in full before any animal is shipped. We accept Square, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, and Cashiers Check.

Payment Plans: $650+ for 30 day hold $1000+ for 60 day hold A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to start the payment plan and one minimum monthly payment must be made. You are responsible for keeping track of paying off your payment plans. Payment will be forfeited and non-transferable if 1 week has lapsed when we are trying to coordinate shipping with no response. You are responsible for keeping track of animals on hold and paid for. There are no refunds for payments received, only credit towards another purchase, less the non-refundable deposit. If a purchase or payment plan is canceled by the purchaser prior to shipping then the non-refundable deposit (25% of the purchase price) is considered forfeited. The remaining balance will be considered credit towards another purchase. If after 3 months the credit has not been used it is considered forfeited, unless other agreed upon terms. All invoices are driven via square POS by default unless otherwise negotiated it is the safest and most robust system we have to offer our customers. We do not accept after-pay options at this time.

Shipping Terms and Policy: Shipping is available after payment for an order is paid in full. Shipments without full payment are not possible. Shipping is done via FedEx through the ship your reptiles service. Shipping is done Monday through Wednesday weather permitting. By default we ship to your nearest FedEx hub unless other location hub is requested by the purchaser. Note any non-ship to hub request (ship to residence, ship to business, etc…) voids all shipping guarantees as we do not recommend anything outside of ship to hub. DOA must be reported within 1 hour of arriving based on Fed Ex time stamp and photo/video evidence provided. There are however circumstances that will void the live arrival guarantee. 1. The buyer or a member of the household must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. 2. A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling. 3. Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 32°F or over 99°F. 4. Animals held for pickup at a Fedex location must be picked up the same day as arrival. 5. A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being provided. Once inspected and accepted the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
