**All animals held or on payment plan require a 25% deposit (non-refundable unless something happens to the animal), full payment due in 60 days on all animals held for payment plans unless there is inclement weather preventing a safe shipment and delivery.

**FedEx Shipping is overnight service in temperatures above 40 degrees and below 92. **Insurance is available for $2.50 per $100 of coverage through Ship Your Reptiles. **Once you receive your reptile you must get in touch with me within 30 minutes of delivery if there are any problems or dead arrival **Local pick-up is the preferred option if possible **Shipments are typically sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We will confirm the shipping date with you prior to sending and you must be available to sign for your package upon receipt.

Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is option in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA in the event of a carrier delay, please let us know. If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 1 hour of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. In the sad event of a DOA, you must contact us within an hour of delivery and be available for a video call within 30 minutes and have the deceased animal present.
