Returns are limited to DOA animals for refund with proof. I intend to make every purchase easy and fair to all parties involved. Deposits are non-refundable if Buyer backs out of a deal. Any amount paid by Buyer that is defined as a "deposit" in the ongoing transaction is considered a non-refundable deposit.

We accept most forms of payment. Goods and services will require 3% transaction fee.

Payment plans are welcomed with 25% down and payments made on agreed day every 7 days. Should payment be missed the deposit will be rolled to a future purchase or forfeit if no effort is made by the buyer to make weekly payments.

Shipping: I accommodate shipping every 2 weeks for all orders unless specified in a message. As I work full time and the health and safety of the animal will always be the number 1 priority.
