We offer a 2-week health guarantee on all reptiles and pet mammal sales, and a 3-day guarantee on all amphibians. Products returns are allowed within 30 days with a receipt, with original packaging.

Payments are required in-full before animals will be released to new owner. We accept cash, cards, Apple and Google Pay, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle.

Animals may be reserved for a non-refundable deposit, with the balance to be paid before animal leaves the store. Animals not picked up before the agreed upon pickup date will be returned to the sales floor, and deposits are non-refundable.

We do not currently ship animals.
