While we work tirelessly to ensure perfect health and the highest quality of the feeder insects and pets we sell. We cannot accept returns on products purchased in-person once the product has exited the venue. We understand unforeseen circumstances, such instances will be determined case by case. We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions: Package MUST be held for pickup unless next day delivery is selected All claims must be submitted within 3 hours of delivery/receiving the package. All claims must include a photo of the issue and the original invoice provided in the package The buyer is responsible for checking their own weather. Orders shipped to destinations with temperatures below 70° and above 86° have no live arrival guarantee. We recommend holding all orders for pickup.
