Ashes to Ash

Absolutely no returns. If something is broken there is the option to fix the item you chose or exchange for another item. The same policy goes for animals. If your animal happens to pass after buying, Ashes to Ash is not responsible.

Down payment will have to be made if you would like to hold an item at the booth through the show. Refunds are not accepted unless said otherwise.

Payment plans will be accepted only with items over $300. The payment plan will proceed with 50% required at time of purchase, and 25% every month until the item is paid in full. This policy does NOT apply to animals. Animals must be paid in full.

Ashes to Ash will ship locally and state wide not internationally. If you require shipping on items that are under $150, you must pay for shipping. If the item is above $150 there is a chance to get free shipping.

Any live animal sold to you by Ashes to Ash is your responsibility once in your possession. Ashes to Ash is not responsible for any vet bills, death, or refunds. Exchanges can be made but you are required to bring the deceased animal back to Ashes to Ash company for proof of statements.
