We do not accept returns. All sales are final. We do guarantee health and sex of animal. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. This time is calculated from the fedex pickup time. Cancellations - Any cancellations will be refunded minus 20% restocking fee, whether the animal has been paid in full or partial payments have been made. The reason for this is because once you've made a payment, that animal is no longer available to anyone else interested. It is being held for you. That means it doesn't go to shows or show as for sale. When you cancel, that is time wasted where that animal could have been listed and purchased by another party.

Payment accepted via PayPal and VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover accepted through Square. We do also accept cash at shows as well as in person. Please see shipping policy for specifics on delivery.

Payment plans are available on purchases of $300 or more (excluding shipping) with a 20% non-refundable deposit. $300-$500 payment must be paid in full within 30 days Anything over $500 payment must be paid in full within 60 days With cancellation of payment plan, all money to be refunded minus 20% nonrefundable down payment.

Shipping is $70-$130 depending on size of animal and location. Orders over $1000 ship free (as long as all animals fit in the same shipping box). Delivery date must be mutually agreed upon by both parties and packages will only be shipped to a local hub for pickup. Package must be opened upon arrival and any issues reported to K and R within 1 hour of delivery. Shipping is through Ship Your Reptiles and all guidelines pertaining to temperatures will be followed and all animals ship with insurance.. All animals ship out on Tuesdays or Wednesdays for delivery on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Delivery can be arranged (at an agreed upon public location). We charge $10 per hour driven (to and from), up to a 4 hour round trip. This includes if we are meeting halfway. This fee is required up front before meeting regardless of whether the animal was paid in full or if you are paying upon meeting.

We guarantee live arrival as long as it is reported within 1 hour of pickup. Documented proof of death is required. We do everything we can to make sure the animal ships safely, but sometimes hub holdups will have an effect. For this reason we will always ship within temperature guidelines to a hub only, and may hold off on shipping if it looks like temps could straddle a line between safe and unsafe.
