No returns. If there is a health issue with the animal, it must be disclosed within 24 hours of arrival and have proof with pictures and veterinarian report. If snake is shipped and DOA, pictures must be given within 1 hour of pick up. Animal must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival at hub in order for this policy to be active.

Payment plans are accepted on snakes over $500. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required and pay off within 60 days, including shipping costs. Snake will be shipped after payment in full is made.

Shipping is available Monday through Wednesday weather permitting to nearest FedEx hub. Temperatures must be within safe parameters, above 40°F and below 90°F
